As a wellness coach, practicing herbalist, Certified Halotherapist, Master Reiki Practitioner, and certified Energy Healing Practitioner, Donna believes true wellness addresses the mind, body, and spirit. Her approach combines evidence-informed guidance with natural healing modalities to help clients reduce stress, restore balance, enhance vitality, and build sustainable healthy lifestyles.

Tania is a compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for helping clients look, feel, and live their best. With experience spanning critical care, functional medicine, infusion therapy, regenerative medicine, and aesthetic patient care, she combines advanced clinical expertise with a warm, personalized approach to wellness.

Tania specializes in IV hydration, vitamin infusions, peptides, injectable treatments, and individualized wellness plans, taking the time to understand each client’s goals while ensuring every treatment is delivered safely and comfortably. Her background in luxury aesthetic practices and intensive care has shaped her commitment to providing exceptional patient experiences built on trust, education, and outstanding results. A graduate of Trinity College of Nursing and Health Sciences with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Tania is certified in BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
